Terms of Service

Zeddhub is a platform that lets a merchant create and run an independent online store — product catalog, orders, checkout, and payments — without building any of it themselves. Zeddhub hosts the infrastructure; each store is owned and operated by its merchant, not by Zeddhub.

• You must provide accurate information when creating a store and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for everything published on your store — product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images — and for making sure it's accurate and legal to sell.
• You're responsible for fulfilling orders placed on your store and for handling your own customer service, returns, and refunds, unless a specific Zeddhub feature says otherwise.
• You're responsible for your own tax obligations on sales made through your store.
• You must comply with the terms of any third-party service you connect through Zeddhub, including your payment processor and any social media account you link (e.g. Instagram/Meta's own platform terms).

Payments made by customers are processed by a payment processor (Paystack, Monnify, or OPay, depending on the store). Where a store uses Zeddhub's managed Paystack payouts, a merchant's share of each sale is routed directly to their own connected bank account through Paystack's normal settlement schedule. Zeddhub does not hold merchant funds itself and is not a party to the payment processor's own terms, which apply independently.

Zeddhub offers a Free plan alongside paid Growth and Pro plans with higher usage limits — current limits for each plan are always shown on your store's Billing page in the admin dashboard, since they may change as the platform evolves. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Paystack; paying annually costs eleven times the monthly price rather than twelve — one month free.

On the Free plan, online payments processed through Paystack are free of any platform fee for your first 20 sales in a calendar month. Each Paystack sale after that within the same month carries a small platform fee (currently 1.5% of the sale, capped at ₦1,000 per sale). This fee never applies on a paid plan, and never applies to bank transfer, pay-on-delivery, or WhatsApp orders.

If a paid plan's renewal payment doesn't go through, your store keeps its current plan's features for a short grace period, after which it automatically reverts to the Free plan's limits — we don't suspend a store over a lapsed payment. There's no separate cancellation step: if you don't renew, this automatic reversion is how your store returns to the Free plan.

When you buy from a store built on Zeddhub, your purchase contract is with that store's merchant, not with Zeddhub. Zeddhub provides the checkout and order infrastructure but isn't the seller of record. Questions about an order, delivery, a return, or a refund should go to the store you bought from first; contact Zeddhub directly only if the store is unresponsive or the issue involves the platform itself.

• Don't use Zeddhub to sell anything illegal, counterfeit, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
• Don't attempt to interfere with, probe, or bypass the platform's security, or access another store's data.
• Don't use the platform to send spam, or to collect customer data for purposes unrelated to fulfilling an order.

If you connect a social media account to import products, you do so under Zeddhub's Privacy Policy and that platform's own terms. You can disconnect a connected account at any time from your store's admin dashboard, and separately revoke access from that platform's own account settings.

We may suspend or close a store that violates these terms, is used fraudulently, or creates risk for customers or the platform. A merchant may close their own store at any time by contacting us.

Zeddhub is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep the platform reliable and secure, but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Zeddhub isn't liable for disputes between a merchant and their customers, or for losses arising from a third-party service (payment processors, Instagram/Meta, Cloudinary, or similar) that Zeddhub integrates with but doesn't control.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continuing to use Zeddhub after a change means you accept the updated terms.
